Safety production is listed as an important topic throughout the construction process. 1. Safety operation regulations should be formulated for major electromechanical equipment and key parts, such as the operation and loading of hoist cages and pulleys, the operation and maintenance of main winches and wire ropes, pulleys, the use and monitoring of communication systems, and the use of electric welding.
2. To prevent high windows from falling and objects from hitting, a high-altitude safety net and protective shed are set up in the 10m circle outside the cylinder wall, and a protective shed is set up on the 40m long ground transportation road. To prevent the photoelectric limiter from malfunctioning and causing the top to rise or the bottom to upset, a set of safety devices is added at the upper and lower ends of the flexible slideway.
4. Safety signal setting:
1) During chimney construction, electric bells and indicator lights must be installed at the bottom of the chimney, between the operating table and the winch as contact signals.
2) A set of semiconductor intercoms should be installed at the top and bottom of the chimney to prevent the failure of sound signals. A knotless communication signal should be equipped. At the same time, an optical signal system should be installed between the high altitude and the ground.
3) The signal is transmitted by optical signals first, and then confirmed by sound signals before the indication operation can be entered.
5. The operating platform must be kept clean. The required materials should be transported as needed. Do not pile them on the platform. Temporarily unused materials, equipment and sundries should be cleaned and transported to the ground in time. A temporary lightning protection device must be installed on the platform derrick, connected to the permanent lightning protection line, and removed every time the mold is lifted, and the contact is good to prevent lightning strikes.
