Compared with steel inner tube and brick chimney, FRP chimney inner tube has the advantages of beautiful appearance, simple construction and short construction period; FRP chimney is simple to construct, and FRP chimney has better acid and alkali resistance than the latter two. Chimney steel inner tube has inner brush coating and all stainless steel. Brick chimney cannot directly exhaust smoke. The acid dew point in flue gas is low and corrosive, so the inner tube must be added inside.
The brick masonry assembly method should be correct, with internal and external masonry, and staggered joints at the top and bottom. There are no through seams in the clear water wall and window wall; there shall be no through seams longer than 300mm in the mixed water wall, and no more than 3 through seams with a length of 200mm to 300mm in each room, and they shall not be located on the same wall. Brick columns shall not be built with core-wrapped masonry.
Number of random inspections: No less than 5 inspections shall be conducted for each inspection batch.
Inspection method: Observation and inspection. The masonry assembly method should be inspected at each location of 3m to 5m.
The mortar joints of brick masonry should be horizontal and vertical, with uniform thickness. The horizontal mortar joint thickness and vertical mortar joint width should be 10mm, but should not be less than 8mm, nor should they be greater than 12mm.
Number of random inspections: No less than 5 inspections shall be conducted for each inspection batch. Inspection method: The horizontal mortar joint thickness is converted by measuring the height of 10 brick masonry with a ruler. The vertical mortar joint width is converted by measuring the length of 2m masonry with a ruler.
