Stainless steel chimneys are segmented modular structures that can be flexibly combined into pipes and chimneys in any direction. The thickness of the insulation layer is 25mm. One uses its air interlayer for occasions with low insulation requirements. The material used for the inner layer of the chimney is 304 or 316 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 0.8-1.2mm. The maximum temperature of the delivery medium can reach 760 degrees Celsius, and the pressure resistance is 0.15MPa.
When installing a stainless steel chimney, the inner and outer tubes are connected separately. The inner tube is connected by the end flange, and the outer tube is connected by the end ring cover. The unique connection method makes the product easy and quick to install without any welding. Compared with the traditional chimney installation, it can greatly shorten the construction period and reduce costs. When the chimney is installed vertically, it is usually installed upright on the wall or by pulling wires; the horizontal direction is combined with the support and hanger and the building.
